Vacation Bible School 2026
At Vacation Bible School this year, our students are discovering how to be A PART OF GOD’S ROYAL FAMILY. This week is full of singing, crafts, fun games, and silliness, but most importantly it is a week in which our children are fully immersed into God’s Word! This year our focus is on what it means to be adopted into God’s family through Jesus Christ, the joy of living as His beloved children, and how God grows His family (the Church!). God is the One who adopts into His royal family, and He freely makes us His children. Belonging to God’s royal family represents a change from strangers and slaves to sons and daughters by His free grace alone. Each day, we will study a different aspect of being a part of God’s royal family.
We can’t wait to see your children at Vacation Bible School this year! VBS is open to all children age 5 (by September 1, 2026) through sixth grade.

Note for parents: If your child’s clothes need to be protected from paint and other craft mishaps, please bring an old t-shirt to VBS on Monday.
We offer childcare for the children and grandchildren of our VBS volunteers age 4 and under. For the safety of children, a parent or grandparent must remain on the FPC premises at all times during VBS.

Our Teen Helpers are a vital part of VBS each year. Register below for VBS week with FPCYM.
Adult Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles. We need craft leaders to get creative with our children, recreation leaders who play fun games and outdoor activities, musicians to lead our children in worship through song, and more! Interested?

Purchase a T-shirt
Our VBS T Shirts are FREE for children participants. For teen helpers, volunteers, parents, or other adults, you are welcome to purchase a t-shirt. This is completely optional for those who would like a t-shirt.
Each year our children bring an offering during the week of VBS, and they love getting to be a part of what God is doing here in Jackson and around state by bringing their own money to contribute.
This year, our offering will benefit the Harbor Day School (formerly Little Light House).
Harbor Day School is where the waves grow quiet. Where children with special needs receive tuition-free, Christ-centered early intervention services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as individualized educational programming. Where families find strength and support. And where our community- through giving, serving, or praying -become vessels of God’s love in motion.
