Elder Election

An election for the office of elder will be held Sunday, February 1, at 10:30 a.m., in the sanctuary. The 28 candidates have undergone a lengthy and strenuous review and training process, and the Session has confidence that all of these men are fit for the office. Please take time to review the nominee information available online at fpcj.ms/elder-election.

The election will be held during a congregational meeting in the sanctuary at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 1. You will be able to vote for as many candidates as you feel led to.

On that day, children age two and under may remain in the nursery, and parents of older children are asked to please pick up from Sunday School promptly at 10:20 a.m. so that teachers may also attend the meeting.
