DESCRIPTION:Like to sew or want to learn? “Sew and Sow” meets on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-11 in Westminster Hall 302 at the church for fun\, sewing and service through the use of our God-granted sewing skills. We are open to all ladies who enjoy sewing or needlework. Recent and current projects include medical masks during Covid-19\, cradle roll blankets for our newborns\, Christmas stockings for the NICU units at Baptist Hospital \, wheel chair bags for Methodist Rehabilitation and pillow cases for Ruth’s Refuge”. A sewing camp is offered in the summer months on even years. Some of our Tuesdays are spent on personal projects or those projects you may need help with. SUMMARY:French Camp Quilters
DESCRIPTION:This group of ladies meets at the church on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. (you do not have to stay for the full 3 hrs.) This ministry is open to all ladies who enjoy quilting and for those who would like to learn! Each year\, the quilts that are completed are auctioned at French Camp’s Harvest Festival in October. All the proceeds from the quilts go directly to French Camp. A nursery is provided. \nThis summer we will meet in the Parlor while the Bookstore’s A/C is being renovated. \n\n\n\nChairman: Sara Margaret Johnson
