SUMMARY:Caregivers Support Group
DESCRIPTION:The Caregivers’ Support Group takes place every second Monday of the month in Westminster Hall 202B from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. The purpose of our Caregivers’ Ministry is to gather similarly situated caregivers who desire to learn\, share stories\, and grieve as we walk together through the valley of a loved one’s suffering with dementia and dementia-related illness. The meeting will provide a safe and friendly forum to talk with others who understand the toils of caregiving for the cognitively impaired. With questions\, please contact Ken Fairly at 601-941-5004.

DESCRIPTION:God is near to the broken hearted\, and at GriefShare our focus is relying on his comfort and mercy in some of life’s most crushing moments. This ministry of support for those grieving the death of a loved one\, turns to the Bible and the shared experience of others as we discover how to navigate the profound difficulties of bereavement. \nTopics include acknowledging feelings of loneliness\, sadness\, fear\, overwhelm\, anger\, and regret; as well as how grief impacts selfcare\, family life\, friendship\, and faith.
