SUMMARY:Thailand Mission Trip
DESCRIPTION:Go and make disciples this summer in Thailand\, July 24-August 2. A team of up to eight adults will partner with existing ministries and the MTW team on this trip. Participants should be prepared for a physically engaging schedule as we serve in a variety of ministry settings: through the English Conversation Club\, two days of slum ministry\, and community outreach events\, including a large outreach event such as a pig roast. The team will be led by Jamie Peipon\, with Josh Hollingsworth and Stephen Kruger also participating. The cost is $1\,500 plus airfare with FPC covering 50% for church members on their first mission trip and 25% for past participants.. To learn more and to apply\, visit fpcj.ms/go.

SUMMARY:Men's Prayer Breakfast
DESCRIPTION:The Men’s Prayer Breakfast has been meeting at First Pres on Saturday mornings for the last 40 years. It is a rich time of fellowship for the men who participate. Our prayer time encompasses the needs of our church family and stretches across the world. Every church has its nerve centers\, and the Saturday Morning Men’s Prayer Breakfast is one of the strongest ones here at First Pres. We meet every Saturday morning in Patterson Hall from 7:30-8:30 AM. Several men arrive early to prepare a full Southern breakfast. Cost for the breakfast is $1 – the best $1 breakfast in Jackson!
