DESCRIPTION:The Caregivers’ Support Group takes place every second Monday of the month in Westminster Hall 202B from 10:30 a.m.-12 p.m. The purpose of our Caregivers’ Ministry is to gather similarly situated caregivers who desire to learn\, share stories\, and grieve as we walk together through the valley of a loved one’s suffering with dementia and dementia-related illness. SUMMARY:Women's Ministry Game Night
DESCRIPTION:Mahjong is an old game\, but new to many. It doesn’t matter if you are an expert or if you have never even seen a mahjong tile (FYI\, it is a game played with tiles.). There will be a seat at the table for everyone. We will have teachers on hand ready to help anyone who needs it. We will have light refreshments. Come join us for a fun time of fellowship and games! \n**You will need to purchase an official 2025 Mahjong card (linked below) from The National Mah Jong League as soon as possible. It could take 2-3 weeks to ship. Beware that cards purchased from other vendors may be fake.** \nMahjong Card \nWow! That was fast! After just one day of registration\, we had 75 responses and have already reached capacity. To join the waiting list for this event email deboraho@fpcjackson.org. We are excited about the response we received to our summer Mahjong game night! We hope to have another game night in the future. Keep an eye out for information.
